With judgement of 12. september 1999 - 312 O 85/99 ­ 'Liability for links' the disrict court of Hamburg has decided, that there is always a responsibility for published links.  The only way to prevent is, to dissociate from these links. Herewith we dissociate from all links to pages text or graphics containing violation against applicable law, convetions or ethics. Links to such pages will be deletet immediately after detection.
